How does shipping work?

We ship throughout the US via USPS. Ground, Priority, and Priority Express shipping are available. Gifts will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. For local delivery in the San Francisco area, reach out to us and we can chat options. 

Can I add a gift note?

Of course! Every gift comes with a handwritten note. You may add a gift note from your cart. 

How are the gifts packaged?

We opt to package our gifts in a single recyclable mailer box by default, rather than box-within-a-box packaging common among other gift box companies - it's a more sustainable choice for the planet, and as a bonus it's easier for your recipient to break down for the recycling bin :) If you have a need for a more elevated presentation, send us a note and we can work out something that fits the bill. 

 What is your return policy?

We do our very best to create amazing gifts that your recipient will love. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gifts, but please reach out if there is an issue with your order and we'll work with you to resolve it. 

Can I customize a gift?

Yes! Get in touch with us and let us know what you have in mind. Whether you'd like to add a branded element for a corporate gift or dream up something completely new together, we're all ears. 

How are the items in these gift boxes selected/what's with all the granola?

One of our goals with Good Thoughts Gift Co is to create gestures of care and connection that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also incredibly practical and purposeful; we were disappointed seeing so many options on the market that were filled with pretty yet generic "stuff" that did little to acknowledge what the recipient would truly want. We want recipients to feel seen and appreciated, and opt to curate gifts with high-quality items that are crowd-pleasing, consumable, and limit potential clutter. Wherever possible we choose food items that meet a wide variety of dietary restrictions - like an outrageously yummy vegan and gluten free granola in our new parent care packages :)
